No. Kozy Health MD operates on a Direct Primary Care membership model and does not bill insurance for routine primary care services. We recommend maintaining insurance coverage for hospitalizations, surgeries, or major unexpected events.
Who do you see?
We provide comprehensive primary care for adults ages 16 and older.
What does membership include?
Extended appointments, direct communication, preventive care, chronic disease management, basic procedures, care coordination, transparent labs, and discounted imaging when available.
Is there a commitment?
Membership is month-to-month with transparent terms. We request 30 days’ notice if you choose to cancel.
How do I schedule?
Members may schedule online through the patient portal or contact the clinic directly.
Do you dispense medications?
Many common medications are available at near-wholesale cost. Controlled substances are not dispensed in-office.
What if I need a specialist?
We provide coordinated referrals and assist with continuity of care.
What happens in an emergency?
In a true emergency, go directly to the nearest emergency department. We assist with post-hospital follow-up.
